okay,

So i sent a ticket asking if i could possibly have my Heirlooms sent from Server To Server in a ticket, and long and behold the GM Said Well since your a loyal customer and have bin for a long while now we will do so for you. And i was told to send in a new ticket to be more specific as of to which Heirlooms id want to have switched, so i sent in more specific Ticket and received a Response without the chance to talk to one and i was online, And it said I'm sorry but i cannot do that. So it is very irritating to be lied to and give my hopes up and put the grinding aside thinking id have BoA's sent over and I'm highly upset and i think its extremely un-Professional to lie like they did. I would like to be treated more fair and not tossed around Gm To Gm getting different answers each time. Id love to get it sorted out so i sent another ticket, but the wait time's are killing me now that its the 3rd ticket. Please Get to me asap GM's so i can sort this out and figure out what went wrong.

I believe you are misunderstanding the first Game Master's email to you, Kharnagê.

What he said exactly was....

Q u o t e:
Heirloom items are currently unable to be transferred between realms. :\ That being said, and seeing what a loyal customer you have been, it is possible that we would make an exception to our policies and transfer those items for you. Please provide the names of the items, who has them, who you'd like them to go to, along with any other details that we might need. :)

This is asking for the names of the items so this could be looked into to SEE if this COULD be done, and expressing a willingness to make an exception if there was any way to do so and that it is NOT something we are normally able to do.

This is in no way, shape or form a promise to do so - you hadn't even told us the item names at this point.

I do see you have a 3rd petition open on this subject, if you leave it in queue, this can be looked into again.
