Burning Crusade Digital Upgrade Issue

Hello, I've been trying to upgrade to Burning Crusade for the past hour or so. The card has enough in check, and I've entered all of the information multiple times, yet it still gives me the following 202 error.

When you see this error, please do not try your card again, first please call Billing and Account services here:
    Account Services
    Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc

    Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time
    How to contact:

They may be able to assist you by phone regarding this issue,. You can also try waiting 72 hours before you try the card once again.

Please understand that they are experiencing high call volumes for the time being; if you get a busy dial tone please keep trying. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Also, as a note, I have tried my card around 3 times already. Will this be any sort of issue? Again, thanks.
Due to the high call volumes you may want to try again, until you get in.
