"counter a ban"?

I dont know what the correct phrase is but on other websites people can try to say a ban wasnt fair or something and it can be lifted. Can we do this with the wow forums? lets say i make a reasonable topic in general wow forums about blood elves. and lets say i got banned for 6 days because people disagreed and said i was a troll, is there no way to counter this or w/e?
