The early start exploit (cheat) is wack and needs to be fixed ASAP. This thread is to post names of player toons that are participating in the cheating.

I know you may be frustrated at the situation, Squabull, but please refrain from posting other players character names in a Forum thread.

This situation is best handled by opening a ticket in game to have the issue reviewed, which you already have.

Your ticket will be reviewed and the appropriate action taken.

Q u o t e:
What else are players to do when the customer service in this game is absolutely horrible...

I am sorry you feel so strongly about our In-Game Support, Reifer. We are always encouraging our players to provide feedback, whether it is positive or negative, by emailing wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. While I cannot guarantee you will receive a response, I can assure you all emails received are read.
Q u o t e:

Put a ticket in for anything and it takes days even weeks to get a response....

This is not always the case. Ticket queue times do fluctuate from time to time. Depending on the issue at hand, some tickets will take longer to process than others. Oftentimes, players will assume they have not received a response, but in actuality we have emailed the registered email address advising the issue has been resolved.

Q u o t e:
Known bugs and exploits are rampant thru the game.. yet go unfixed for months...

We do our very best to address bugs that arise in the game as quickly as possible. In fact, we have a forum specifically for these issues, which can be found here:

Bug Report Forum

Q u o t e:
I'm not saying that calling players out but in all honesty.. it feels like the GM's want the players to police themselves but when they do they get told they can't... so either the no calling out players rule needs to change or the Gm's need to step up thier game instead of playing starcraft 2 all day.

In no way was it mentioned we do not want specifics (i.e. players names) when it comes to these matters. Posting these names in a forum thread, however, is not the way to do so.

As Harlsoco asked you previously, Squabull, please refrain from reporting these names on the forums. The appropriate method of reporting is to either submit an in-game petition or write to wowgm@blizzard.com.

We understand your frustration, we truly do, but further violations of our Code of Conduct will not be permitted.

Q u o t e:
Why exactly is it against the forum CoC to post the names of people who are cheating?

It is called defamation, Jimmyjones. The people are allegedly cheating, those reading this post has no way of knowing if the person is telling the truth or simply slandering the them.

This is not the appropriate place to hold court and why such actions are prohibited.

Q u o t e:
I get attacked in AB before the gates even open and you are calling that defamation?

Well, no, getting attacked before the gates open is not defamation. Claiming person X is the one who did it in a public venue, yes, Deusestmort, that would be considered defamation.

You are unable to provide solid verification that X player is doing what you say. You may be able to provide screenshots or even video but all that can be doctored. Regardless, as I said before this is not the appropriate place.

This isn't a jury where you are tried by your peers. A Blizzard Employee will respond to the report you submit an will look into it. They will take appropriate actions for any violations found.

Q u o t e:
So reporting it immediately isn't worth a hill of beans then?

Reporting possible violations of our Terms of Use will be investigated, Deusestmort, and upon verification appropriate actions will be taken based on those policies. It will not result in immediate action though as we are unable to get to these reports immediately. Each petition is generally taken in the order it has been received. Regardless of the time frame though we are usually able to look into these cases.
