Character update bug?

i quit wow about a month ago then subscribed lagain like 3 days ago. the first thing i did was try to get on my pally, but it said that i was unable to get on it until the recent character update i started was comeplete. but the thing is i didnt start a character update. its said this ever since 3 days ago when i subscribed again.

can anyone pls help me i just wanna play my pally again.

While it's always good to be cautious of potential compromised account issues, it does appear that just prior to your departure from the game, you initiated both a Character Transfer and a Faction Change on your paladin. There looks to be an issue with the payments regarding this transfer, so speaking with Billing at this point is highly advised.
