it told me to unlock my char. i continued to the page and when i click unlock, it brings me to an error page.
This is atleast the 3rd time this has happened. please help.

Have you tried just rebooting the World of Warcraft client, Sealofskill? The unlock option sometimes appears in error. If the process has completed though you should have the option to re-customize when you visit your Character Selection Screen.
