Level 60 flying mount

I got the blue windrider and trained for it at lvl 60,
when i bought the mount it said i had to be 70 when i see others using it,
Help!

That would my recommendation as well.

Close down your World of Warcraft then navigate to the Worldofwarcraft directory locate and delete the Cache folder.
