You have to CALL billing to remove an authenticator or send in a form.

A Game Master cannot remove the authenticator.

Are you sure the authenticator was not perhaps already removed?

That character was transferred and race changed - but is still on the account.

I'm going to recommend you contact Billing on the phone about this.

The authenticator on this account was added from a legitimate source near the beginning of this year. It will take identity verification to prove you are the original account holder to remove this - and get back into control of this account.

Billing will be able to give you further information on what they may need when you contact them.
