Account been locked for suspicious activity..

So I've had my account locked for suspicious activity twice now, any way to find out why?

My computer is secure, no one else knows my password, but I am using a proxy service for a lower ping, would that do it?

Alternatively, my net has been poor lately and I've been dcing over and over, would that do it?

edit: To be clear, not talking about bans or suspensions, just that thing where they lock the account and have you change your password.

This is usually he result of our systems sensing that someone other than you may be TRYING to access your account. Doesn't necessarily mean anyone is - in your scenario, yes - that may very well be triggering this.
