I bought a physical gamecard from walmart and it was unscratched. I got the card that was not in the box, the one that is plastic and has no value until activated at the register. I have the receipt and date of when i bought it (which is today). I put in the digit code and followed directions and it seems that I get an error message stating, "This game time key has already been used‚
please contact billing@blizzard.com for further assistance." It makes no sense...

I'm hoping you guys can help me with a solution to this ordeal. This has happened to my other friend's too in the past. I still have the game card and receipt... I'm slightly confused how on earth this was used already when this hasn't been scratched yet. O_o

I'm going to attempt to emailing them through blizz tech site. hope it works :s

A few things to keep in mind when inputting your code:

    - B's and 8's look alike.
    - 2's and Z's looks alike, Z's and 7's look alike, and sometimes a 2 looks like a 7.
    - 4's, A's and H's occasionally look similar, especially if the left side of the H or A is faint.
    - G's look similar to 6's.
    - E's appear similar to F's if the bottom of the E is faint.
    - K’s can look like R’s

If these tips don't help, I don't believe you should need the webmail forms to contact Billing in this case, unless you have already been in contact with them and that is what they requested. Be aware that Billing would be best to contact this issue, as Technical Support likely won't be able to assist directly with this sort of issue.

Contacting by phone should be just as effective, though they are closed for the evening. You may contact Billing by phone at 1 (800) 592-5499 between the hours of 7am to 8pm Pacific Standard Time, any day of the week. Oceanic players should instead dial 1-800-041-378. As you have discovered, they can also be e-mailed at billing@blizzard.com.
