Not recieving Mini-Thor in wow

I currently have an inactive wow profile, and recently purchased the SC2 collector's edition. I plan on reactivating my wow account in the coming months. But of course i got anxious and wanted to see my thor mini pet, so i made a trial on the same bnet account as my sc2, and then was gonna email in to separate the accounts (read that online, not sure if thats true, but that isn't the current issue). Went to the mail box, no thor. Is that a bug? I thought the pet was given account wide, so either its a bug, or it simply is because you cant get it on a trial.

That is the odd thing, as far as I know you should not have been able to retrieve that mail while you had trial restrictions on the account. Perhaps that item, being from a promotion acts a bit different.

Even as a trial though the mail should be sent to your character, even if you are unable to retrieve it. Let me poke this shiny button over here and see if that does anything.

Can you try logging into one of the characters again?
