Recruit a friend problem

I have recruited my friend and he has Upgraded his account and has paid for his first month of the game

but still I don't get any reward as in a free month or triple exp.
I check the staus and it says that he has upgraded his account and we are both connected but theres no way i can see us as being linked together...

Before I can address your post accurately, I would need for you to please provide me a character name and realm from both the veteran account and from the recruited account.

Upon review of the accounts, I do show the accounts are linked so you should be gaining triple experience. Keep in mind you must be partied together, within 3 levels of one another, and within 100 yards of each other when turning in quests. Quests cannot be “gray” when turning them in as well.

The 1-month referral reward will not be granted until your recruit pays for at least 1-month of subscription time. Keep in mind a player receives 30 additional days of game play upon upgrading the account from a trial to classic World of Warcraft.

As it stands now, the recruit account is not scheduled to bill until 10/3/10. If you wish to gain the 1-month reward as well as the Rocket Mount, have your recruit add a Game Card to the account. Doing so will trigger the rewards to be applied immediately.
