'Login failed'

hey, my friend has recently tried logging into his account and has come up with the error 'login failed' the password is correct, and his authenticator is working.

He can login in the game but needs to buy gametime so is directed to the WoW homepage, he then cannot login to the wow homepage using battle.net because of the 'login failed' error.

Main character is:Xarhtna
Realm: Aman'thul

WoWarmory on Iphone also works as it doesn't use an authenticator.

any help from a blue would be appreciated.

There is very little I may be able to do, Bumpoof, I can try one thing but if that does not work your friend will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department.

Have them try to log in now.
