Hi. One of my mates is considering starting WoW but wants to know if there is a money-back guarantee policy for expansion packs if he's not immediately satisfied with them, namely WotLK. So if you buy WotLK and regret it after a couple of days will blizz be able to downgrade the account and refund the money paid?

Cheers.

they have 10-day trials for this very reason

This is exactly what the 10 day free trial is for.

As stated by Masqq, this is specifically why we have the 10 day Wrath of the Lich King trial, Winflurry.

With that said, however, we are able to provide a refund for an upgrade (digital or retail) within 30 days of purchase, regardless if it is classic World of Warcraft or any of the expansions.
