2:00 AM -> Last time I played WoW was yesterday after raiding with my guild
4:41 AM -> Got e-mail from Blizzard said "Password Changed Notice"
4:43 AM -> Got e-mail from Blizzard said "Account locked"
12:11 PM -> Got e-mail from Blizzard said "Password Reset"
12:24 PM -> Got e-mail from Blizzard said "72 hours suspension due to selling gold issue"
From 3:00 AM - 10:30 AM I was sleeping and 11 AM - 9 PM I have full time classes in my university. I was very busy on that day. Then I arrived at home 10:30 PM, login to WoW and it said my account suspended. I was really shocked. I never share my password to anyone, never go to WoW phishing websites and my password is not easy to guess. 11:00 PM I want to ring Australian Blizzard, but I can't. It closed already. Alternative way is email form. I have completed email form (https://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml?locale=en_GB), I tell all the details there (plus a screenshot). Then directly I got an email from [email protected] (with the title "Blizzard Entertainment Hacks/Piracy Report").
Anyway this is not my main char (Arudo), I can't post to the forum due to my account got suspended. My main char was Japracool (rogue) from Barthilas server.
My questions:
1.I don't remember. I submit the email form to eu.blizzard.com or us.blizzard.com? Is either way the same? Because directly I got reply from [email protected]!
2.I have changed my password directly after getting hacked (using password recovery). And I have added Blizzard authenticator to my account straightly. Now I get my account back, but still cannot login. Got suspended. Can someone unlock my account here? Or I should wait until someone from Blizzard reply my email form? I want to check if my character was OK or not. But I think it's not. I saw WoW Armory, and my main character (Japracool, rogue) didn't equip the neck, weapon and thrown. My both rings also changed. Not only my main character, my second character (Japrakwon, shaman) was naked. I think the hacker destroy my equipments. That's why I want to unlock now so that I have time to request for items recovery. I want to play WoW ASAP. Until now I haven't got reply from Blizzard. It has been 13-15 hours since I completed my email form. lol.
3.Do Blizzard also investigate my case during Sat and Sun?
Anyway I will to call Australian Blizzard again tonight (22 Aug 2010; 01:00 AM), it's 08:00 AM (21 Aug 2010) in the morning there.
