How long for a GM investigation?

About 6+ hours ago I got off the phone when a rep helping me to recover my account after it was used when I was inactive.

She mentioned that she sent a ticket to the GMs to have them investigate and unlock/restore my account and stuff and that I would receive emails about the characters etc.

Just wanted to know what the average time on this sort of thing is?


The account in question has a toon named Aurael on Smolderthorn, if that was something needed to see. Have to post on this temp account
