Guild Beta Contest Error

My Guild won the guild beta contest and all but one of my guildies had received their beta. Upon checking the email I sent it turns out I tagged an email with @hotmail instead of @live and I really need justice done on this. This guy probably deserves beta more than anyone else on my list so if there's anything I need to do to get this fixed that would be great.

    1. Reply to the email you received (Guild masters only).

    2. ALL inquiries should come from the Guild masters only.

    3. Guild masters, please submit a brief description of your inquiry along with any battle.net account information.
