This thread seems to be going all over the place with the occasional return to topic usually prefaced by the liberal use of CAPS so I believe I'll be locking it. There has been some excellent information posted here but given the overall tone of the thread it is best not to continue.

If you are using the Master Looter system in your group, Meowser, you aren't under any kind of "roll system". Though the master looter may use the results of a /roll to determine who they award a loot item to but unless other rules are clearly defined, they may award items to whomever they wish, including themselves, for no reason whatsoever.
Post 106 and 155 contain some fairly good advice.
