My internet security tells me its a harmful site and wont load it.
Is this true or is this some joke or fraud?

1) A Blizzard Representative will always have the Blizzard Logo infront of there name, the words "Blizz" will never be used in the name as the icon represents this.
2) Blizzard employees don't threaten or tell you your account will be suspended, they act first, and let you know after.
3) Open a ticket and pop his name into it, he was attempting to phish you.
