We don't get snow here in Brisbane, something I am eternally grateful for.

I don't get it where I live either, but it's about a two hour drive if I wanted to go play in some.

So Auryk, you ever get out to Joshua Tree? Its great late fall and early spring. At least the last few times I went out there it was.

I have been looking to go for a while now. I have been trying to get back into rock climbing, and think it would be fun to go bouldering out there.

First one: I didn't know you allowed the OT posts here.

We allow one thread to be used for players to basically talk amongst themselves. It aids in the forming of a community, which is one of the reasons we are here doing what we do. :)

Check out our Welcome to the Customer Service Forum! post at the top of this forum, it contains what is basically our mission statement. :)

Q u o t e:

Second one: You have some pretty hilarious posts :) One made me laugh for about half an hour.

Thank you. Part of what we do here is try to demonstrate that Blizzard Employees actually are human... um humanoid...ish... and that we have personalities and that, like you, we are gamers. So many people have this image in their heads that we are some kind of corporate automaton that is only interested in the bottom line.

Aww, thanks for adopting me, Plytor! What do my surroundings look like? I’m not sure if your farm can sustain mango trees, can it?

Y'know, I've never asked - are mangoes a real-life object of deliciousness for you, as well? ;) If so, have you tasted the wonder that is the mango lassi?

They are. I get a Mango-a-go-go any time I go to Jamba Juice, they are one of my favorite fruits, though I love most fruits honestly. I'll have to hunt down a mango lassi, and try it. :0)

Q u o t e:

Here ya go!

My Farm

Well placed, Plytor! If it's not too much to ask, could I also get a pond for drinkings and simmings.

I’m not really a CM, as I work in the Support Department, Shortdeth. It is the same here as it is with them, though, we choose a custom name and choose an avatar that we would like to post with. Generally we give our top five choices of both, and they go down the list until one is appropriate and available for use. I was lucky enough to get my first choice for both. :0)

Any decent Indian restaurant - and yes, that includes hole in the wall ones too - should have them on their menu. :) But... if you're feeling adventurous, I of course come with recipes! :)

From Zouche's Recipe Vault: Mango Lassi two ways!

8ish oz plain yogurt (I like Greek yogurt for this) - do what you like, just make sure it's plain. :)
4ish oz milk (at whatever fat content suits you)
8ish oz mango (that's about one and a quarter of the average-sized mangoes - but adjust to taste)

To that, add either a couple of teaspoons of sugar (for a sweet lassi) or a dash of salt and cardamom seeds for a more savory version.

Blend and enjoy! Use frozen mango if you'd like, but don't pour over ice (weakens and thins it too much). It will keep in the fridge, but I find it better-tasting if you consume the same day. :)

Mmmmm! That sounds really good, Zouche! I'll have to go get the ingredients to make some, then vary the recipe to see what I like best. :0)

This rumor is as untrue as it is totally awesome. Silly hu-man.
