We attempt to address all tickets as quickly as possible, Kirahm, and I am sorry to hear you feel you are not getting a timely response to your issue.
With that said, I show you currently have two tickets in queue, both of which were created roughly a day and a half ago.
Keep in mind all tickets are addressed in the order received. When your tickets have been addressed, you will be notified via email or in-game.
