Help with RAF Rocket. - Blue Tracker

Hi there. I know this is an absolute long shot, but there is no harm in asking, right? Especially when it was a genuine mistake. This isn't for me, this is for my RL brother-in-law.

He was having some troubles accepting his RAF mount; thinking it was still the Zhevra. I said I could help him since I did it for myself and proceeded to set it up for him. The problem is I sent it to the wrong character. I thought he wanted it on his warlock, but he actually wanted it on his hunter. Like I said, I know I'm at fault and it was a mistake, but it'd be nice if you could be courteous and help a brother.... in law out.

Can one of you generous Blues assist me with getting the rocket to the right character for him? I can provide any information needed.

There is a very slim chance that this can be done, Kefgarr. Unfortunately the Game Master staff generally takes a “hands off” approach when it comes to achievements, but if your brother-in-law has not yet learned the mount, it may be possible to assist. If you can have him come to the forums and give me the name and realm of the character that currently has the mount, and the name and realm of the character that he would like to have it, I will look into this further and give you an answer when I can.

I am leaving for the day, but I would be happy to check back with this post tomorrow. If you can get your brother-in-law to post by then I will be sure to check into the situation further first thing when I come in tomorrow. Alternatively, you may have him submit a petition and have a Game Master review the situation at their earliest convenience. Either way, I am going to be unable to guarantee the outcome of the situation, just that it will be looked into. :0)

As long as that is what you would like, Sogekihei, and you are sure of it, I’ll let this be. But if you would like me to look into this further, all you need to do is post. As long as you do not currently have the mount learned and the achievement is not already popped then I should be able to assist you. I would like Sogekihei to give me the final answer though, Kefgarr, as it is his account we are dealing with here. :0)
