Extremely long ticket queue

I have a ticket opened since July 19, 2010 and it hasn't been answered or escalated. I've never had a ticket gone unanswered for 4 days maximum. Isn't this a bit ridiculous! Should I continue to wait or can I contact a gm in some other method

I show a ticket was submitted on 7/21/10 which has since been resolved, Taiyung.

You may wish to log into the character you submitted the ticket on and a response should be waiting for you. :)
