Cannot transfer toon - Mailbox has mail

I cannot transfer my toon due to the fact that the website says i have incoming mail or mail in it. Yet I have no mail in my box and no incoming mail that I know of.

Would it be possible for a GM to clean up my mailbox?

There was a message still in the inbox, Synns, which has since been deleted as requested.

Please exit the game for approximately 10-15 minutes before initiating the transfer again. :)
