This has been reported and you should be receiving and email with how to get this unlocked. It's already in line for a restoration investigation.
It is vital you find how they obtained your account name and password. If that is NOT found, the chances of this repeating are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
