My referral to play WOW

My boyfriend sent me an invite to play WOW, then went and bought me a WoTLK disc, so, here is the issue, I have upgraded to a full account, (still have to buy BC to get to WOTLK) but I have 2 accounts. WOW1 and WOW2. WOW2 is a free 10 day trial, WOW1 is my main account, that I upgraded when I installed my WoTLK discs.

Now, neither of us getting the in game benefits, and my boyfriend checked his referrals page, and it shows our accounts linked, but only as me taking the 10 day trial, although same day, I installed WoW. I may have missed something, but I think he is linked to the WoW2 and not the Wow1...

Can someone remove the WoW2 account and properly allow us to get the 3 months benefits for his referral he did?
