Bought an Alliance Battered Hilt as Horde

I recently bought 2 Battered Hilts that are for the Alliance side, I didn't notice that, until I bought it, and I noticed it was too late now.

I don't have any toons on the Alliance side, can GMs convert these..? I'm not sure why, when this person faction changed, the hilts weren't converted..

Regardless, I have submitted an in-game petition, however, I'm seeking to find any feedback from the CS forum.

Please help!
