Can't faction change due to mail.

I'm trying to faction change from Horde to Alliance on this character, but it says that I have mail in my mailbox. I have checked many times, and I have no mail. I see that this is a frequent problem, so a blue post/fix is appreciated.

Looks like you had some spam mail stuck in your in-box, Mahat. I was able to remove it so you should be able to Faction Change now, I also closed out the petition you had open.
