Who am I supposed to email/contact about a ban that was Completley excessive in punishment due to Conflict of Interest or had a Biased opinion of the matter and felt the need to use his/her power to just be unrationally harsh.

Q u o t e:
Looking at their pyramid the most I should of gotten would have been 3-48 hours,

I'm afraid you misunderstand how the penalty system works, Octaviius. Penalties are not applied in the order that they are listed. Penalties are based on severity of action as well as what previous penalties are on the account.
Q u o t e:

I feel the gm had a very large opposed view or had a bad day, or was just being excessivley harsh, I don't know the reason, But I would like some one who realizes justice is blind and doesn't let personal matters conflict with there job to review my ban.

What penalty you receive is based on the policies that we have in place, Octayviius, not on a person's personal opinion.

Q u o t e:

I wouldn't be saying a thing if it said repeat offense of xcase is 72 hour ban, I would shut my mouth and deal with it, But it doesn't say that Which is why all I was asking was for another look Because I feel that if they would of looked at the context others were saying and using at the time, and looked at my add, Yes I was wrong, But a 72 hour ban for being wrong instead of a 24 or 48 just seems like a personal interest to put excessive punishment, 72 hour clearly states its supposed to be used on a more then second offense, Which is why I would like another look.

Unfortunately you may have missed a section from the page you are referring to. As I said, these penalties aren't applied in order. You don't go from Warning to 3 hour, to 24 hour, to 48, 72 and then closure. It can work that way but it depends on the severity of the violation. I underlined the important part of the paragraph from that Support Article.

Q u o t e:
Any time a player is found in violation of our policies, we hope to give only the most minor of penalties (Warnings). However, we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors, the penalty may be moved up the Penalty Volcano, up to and including Account Closure.

Q u o t e:

A 24 hour ban or 48 would of let me known Ok this is clearly Unacceptable in any form shape or fashion, And I definatley would of learned my lesson, But No the person had to be exceedingly excessive, Atleast in my own eyes, And of course my eyes arent the ones that make the decisions which is why I asked where I should contact about my Ban.

It would have been best if the original warning you received would have indicated to you that this type of behavior was clearly unacceptable. Looking at your history, Octayviius, I'm not certain how true your statement is when you say that you would have learned your lesson. In fact, it looks like you had already received a 48 hour based on a colourful statement that you used on one character which was around the same time as you used a slur on another character which generated the three hour suspension.

I do hope that you discontinue such behavior from here on out. We do not like to close accounts due to these types of violations but it does happen and you are nearing the top of the volcano.

Account Administration will reply to the e-mails you sent but hopefully you understand how these penalties are applied and see that you have not received excessive punishment but have received the appropriate penalties for the current action based on severity and account history.

Although my original plan was to unlock this thread but I believe 5 pages is enough.
