If you have the Warcraft 3 CD keys you should be able to add them to the Battle.net account without an issue, unless the keys have already been claimed on another Battle.net account.
If you wish to add the Warcraft 3 CD keys to the Battle.net account, log into Battle.net Account Management

https://us.battle.net/account/management/) and click the green box that says “Add a Game”. Enter the CD key in the space provided (Enter Game Key) and press “Activate Game”. If the key has not been used on another Battle.net account, the game will add to the account successfully.
Once the games are added onto the Battle.net account, they can be digitally downloaded without the need for the CDs.
