Xfer and raid ids

i know a year or so ago raid IDs reset on xfer but iv heard they dont any more and they only reset on faction change?

whats the deal now ? jw if i should do voa/toc25 etc before i xfer so i can do it again

As Teufelgott indicated, Shuffle, all transfer services should NOT remove your Raid ID - you will still be locked to that instance for the remainder of the week, regardless of which service you used.
