Confused - Need GM Clarification

I received an in-game message from Customer Support on this character regarding a transfer of the item Tempest of Chaos, which I never petitioned for, to another player. It's not really a big deal, I didn't even know I had the item to begin with, I just want to know why this GM thinks I requested a transfer of said item.

On this character?

When did this conversation occur, and was there a blue Blizzard logo by the name? Was this a conversation - or an email?

And you deleted it from your email? I'm simply not seeing a record of that - although it could be elsewhere.

This could also be a simple crossed communication as I don't see the item you mentioned either.

Indeed, and I don't see any notes like we would have removed it.

At this point, I suspect this was just a crossed email. I do apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
