Removal Of Old Trial From Battle.net

Ok i have 4 World of Warcraft accounts apparently, I have my main + WOW1+WOW2+WOW1(PTR), WOW2 is a trial that has expired, how do i go about removing it from my account with the PTR as well. I only want it to show my Main account + WOW1(which is my second account).
