Lack of Seal for Holy Pally

I put this in suggestions, but I thought I'd put it here as well for more feedback from players.

I find the lack of a useful seal for Holy pallies to be very disturbing. In current Live it doesn't really matter what seal a Holy paladin uses. The only consideration for the seal is dependent on which Glyph you happen to have, and even then the seal itself is pratically useless to the paladin. Any paladin who is in the healing role of a group that goes into melee to gain the benefits of the seal will soon have a dead and most likely highly irate group on their hands. From what I understand (and I could be mistaken), Seal of Insight is to be the Seal that a pally is using while in the healing role. Below is a desription of the Seal..
Seal of Insight
14% of base mana Instant cast
Fills the Paladin with divine power for 30 min, giving each single-target melee attack a chance to heal the Paladin for [0.15*AP+0.15*SPH] and restore 4% of the paladin's maximum mana. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time.
Unleashing this Seal's energy will deal [1+0.25*SPH+0.16*AP] Holy damage to an enemy.

Not so usefull, still, to a pally healing a party or raid. So, I have come up with three ideas to make the Seal more attractive. They are listed in the order I feel would be the best way to go about implementing the change.

1: Replace the talent Illumination, which gives (at 2 points) you a 30% refund on your spell mana if the spell gets a critical. This is old, boring, and favors stacking crit.
New talent: Holy Insights (2 points).
Rank 1: Changes Seal of Insight to the following -
Seal of Insight
14% of base mana Instant cast
Fills the Paladin with divine power for 30 min, giving each healing spell cast a chance to heal the Paladin for [0.15*AP+0.15*SPH] and restore 4% of the paladin's maximum mana. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time.
Unleashing this Seal's energy will deal [1+0.25*SPH+0.16*AP] Holy damage to an enemy.
Rank 2: Changes the last part of Seal of Insight to -
Unleashing this Seal's energy will grant the Replenishment effect to up to 10 party or raid members mana regeneration equal to 1% of their maximum mana per 5 sec for 15 sec.

Splitting the change of the Seal into two ranks allows the player to choose if they want the replenish effect instead of damage for their seal.

2: Glyphs-have glyphs modify Seal of Insight. One glyph could mimic rank 1 of the new talent above and another could mimic rank 2. This gives the player even more flexibility but at the cost of Glyph spots. Also other specs could get this modification, which could be seen as good or bad. The amount of mana restored with the glyphs would likely be less than the talented version for balance, I'd imagine.

3: And last (and least) is to change the talent out right to the same as Rank 1 of the new talent above. I don't really like this option but I figured I'd put it on the table too. This would make Seal of Insight ONLY a healing seal and would remove the option to use it for leveling/questing if someone wished too.

Seal of Insight will improve your mana regen and self healing. It will give you a little of each if you only Judge and give you more (but not a broken amount) if you're ever in a position where you can melee the target. There is also a glyph to improve your healing while Insight is active. I'll concede that running a Seal is probably more important for a Ret or perhaps even Prot paladin than a Holy paladin, but there's still no reason not to do so.
