Missing Item?

I'm not sure if you can look into this or not, but yesterday I looted and item and accidentally DE. I put in a ticket and received the item back (Thank you). Now today I can't seem to find it.

I'm not sure what I did with it, I thought I mailed it to my bank toon but there is nothing there. I'm hoping I didn't send it to a random person or DE it again. lol

On my bank toon, I seem to be missing a bunch of mail, so I don't know if it's a UI thing or not

Well, mystery solved, Elicila :)

We did restore this for you - now, bear in mind items with modifiers can come back with a DIFFERENT modifer - and we have little control over that.

You took it from the mail and about two and a half hours later you disenchanted it again and received a Small Prismatic Shard.
