Can't transfer character

I'm am trying to transfer this character to another realm, but I am unable to because of mail which is not in my mailbox. I get this message when I try to transfer:

The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again.


I have no quests, no auctions and no unread mail. Nothing is here. I always don't want to wait for a GM to respond in game, I have been waiting for 3 hours now in an open ticket. Can anyone help?

I have taken the liberty of removing all mail from your character's in-box, Lègendkiller. You will need to log out of the character, and may need to wait roughly ten minutes, before you will be able to initiate the Paid Character Transfer. At that time you should find that you are able to transfer realms. :0)
