Unable To Use Guild Bank After GM Change.

I opened a ticket a few days ago asking for a change in guild master status from my character (Vulnerate) to this current character. No problem at all and it was done for me in two days.

Recently when I came online I could not withdraw anything from the guild bank, I dismissed this a server lag and went offline until I returned home. When I did I had several members complain about they would not deposit anything in the guild bank. After checking the ranks, removing and replacing the amount of bank use.

As of a few hours ago with zero help on the tech. support forums I still have this problem, this is causing members to leave the guild and create a lot of drama. What was suppose to help the guild by having a game master change the guild leader status turned into a bad situation.

Guild Master or any other rank can not:
Withdraw Items
Deposit items
Move items
Move items to different guild tabs

I have had no help so far only a few people directing me to the CS forums.

This is an issue that can happen when transferring leadership. There are two work arounds for it. One is to wait until maintenance, which should resolve the issue. The other would be to have all members log out for about 45 minutes. That should return things to normal and allow bank access once more.

There are plenty of other words, let's not use that one. :)

I can try manually switching leadership to someone else then back and see if that works.

Alright, try to get everyone to log out of the game for a couple of minutes, hopefully that will have worked.
