Returning to game

I am returning to the game and can't log in is there any new features they have add I have done the recover password and all is the good but I still can't log in to update my pay info HELP

It looks like you have a Mobile Authenticator on your account, Holddaline, have you tried resyncing it?

Have you re-sync'd the authenticator, Holddaline? I wasn't asking if you have a Mobile Authenticator, I can see that you do.

If you are entering the correct account name and password and you are receiving an invalid login it is possible that you need to re-sync your Mobile Authenticator.

Not from what I see, about 4 days ago it looks like a physical Authenticator was detached from the account and then a Mobile one was applied. It was done through the website and from your location.

Perhaps this is just reading incorrectly, but that's what it looks like from my end, Holddaline. My only other advice would be to contact our Billing and Account Services department, they may be able to see more and should be able to help.

You mean your wife is unable to log into her account? Since it is against our policy to access an account that you are not registered to and we don't permit the sale, trade or gifting of accounts, you must be speaking on behalf of your wife since she is unable to currently post, right?

The Authenticator should be reset so have her try again.

Has your wife tried since I last posted and say... please have her try again? If the issue is that her Authenticator is out of since that reset should have taken care of it. Otherwise I'm afraid I am out of ideas and it would be best to contact our Billing department directly.
