Guild Member Hacked / Account Closed

Not directly no, Ozgal. We can recommend that you submit an in-game petition reporting your guild mates compromise and if you are in communication with that person, which is sounds like you are, give them the following link.

In cases of compromise we are usually able to repair most if not all of the damage caused once a compromise of the account is verified. It is important for him to figure out how he may have been compromised though so it is not repeated.
