Authenticator issue

Unfortunately, Ischra, if you lost your Authenticator and you do not currently have the serial number for it, our Billing and Account Services department will most likely require you to provide verification of your identity. The link Agonist provided should allow you to get the ball rolling.

I understand that this may be a bit of an inconvenience but the Authenticator is meant to provide players with an added level of security so removing it needs to have proper verification first.
