Blue Please!! (Not about the loading freeze)

Ok. I noticed theres often "rolling restarts", but Blizzard never states what they are for. When there is 24 hour maintenance they only say "to get ready for the upcoming expansion" but they don't state anything else. At least on the forums, they can post what they are doing during the 24 hour maintenance, or what causes them to need to do a restart. I'm sure I'm not the only person that wants to know what goes on during these or whats causing the restarts.

(Trolls will be trolls. I am not checking this thread until a blue posts, so I really don't care how trolled this thread gets. Have fun wanna be trolls :))

The 24 hour maintenances have all been related to large scale hardware upgrades.

They already stated, at least when dawnbringer went down, that is was for "hardware upgrade for the upcoming expansion". How much more detailed can you honestly get or would you want to get? Want to know they upgraded the mouse or the chair or maybe that coffee pot? It's all irrelevant.

I can't stand these people who want to know every little detail about what goes on behind Blizzard's doors. A if we are somehow entitled to know. They want to know what steps are being taken to fix a problem, then they complain it's not happening fast enough and they could do better.

Guess what happens during a rolling restart?

Yeah, you guessed it, the servers restart! OMG, can you imagine it! That's like saying what happens during a lunar landing! You land on the moon!

I can't even believe that Blue responded to this post....it makes me sad.
