I upgraded to BC but i cant make a dreani.

ok i upgraded my account through tech support because i was getting 202 error 202, so he upgraded it for me, i then waited about 30 minutes to log on, i wanted to lvl a dreani shammy, but i still cant make a dreani, and this makes me very sad, i wanna be a space goat and now i cant =(

Any help would be appreciated plz!!!

I am able to confirm the account has been upgraded to the Burning Crusade, but I also notice you have 2 World of Warcraft accounts attached to the Battle.net account. Are you logging into WOW1 or WOW2, Heelpp?
