Authenticator shipping error

ive been hacked and my account has been cleaned out from all gold, items and gear twice now and i need an authenticator. when i tried to buy one i entered my adress, i got a small window saying that they could not send one to my location. when i looked it over i noticed that instead of WA, where i live, the state showed as AA, please halp. on a related note, i would like my characters restored asap, ill be cancelling my account to prevent any further damage from the keylogging chinaman until i get an authenticator and solve this once and for all.
