In Game Ticket

Hello WoW Community,
I just have a quick question concerning the In Game Tickets. How long should I expect to wait for a response? I am currently sitting at a little over 28 hours on my current ticket and I am trying to be online as much as I can so I don't miss the GM (I have had issues in the past that were never resolved due to standard in-game mail responses which after re-opening 4 tickets disappeared completely, and found out a few days later on these forums that that specific issue could not be solved by GM's as it dealed with in-game currency). So is there a certain time frame I should be sure to be logged on so I don't miss the GM responding?

I do see your petition, Saêlia. Please do leave that open until this can be looked into.

This isn't something you should need to be online for. Should we need more information, they will contact you.
