Account in the process of being hacked

This is about my other account that is registered to my name, the main character is jungxlight on moonrunner. Today at 11:18pm eastern time i got an email that my pw was reset but i discarded the email that it is just phishing but few min ago i tried to log into my account and i couldn't. I check back to my email and changed password through the link.

I tried logging in and it says that i am banned... i am assuming keylogger (hacker) was advertising gold selling services. I checked guild bank on this toon and my main removed all the gold and demoted all the toons.

My authenticator is still attached to the account. Also i am 100% sure no one did it in my house since i pulled my back and can't walk and authenticator been next to me all this time.
