first off i have 2 accounts. 1 account thats somewhat 2yrs old now. and another 1 is only a week or so old. and i want to cancel the subscription for the 1 week old one. so i log into battle.net, and go to the account that i want to cancel the subscription for it. but i don't c the 'cancel subscription' button anywhere. (both of my accounts have the same email so i have a feeling that has somthing to do with it).

so... noobish question: im guessing that you don't have to pay another 15$ if you have another account with same e-mail as the other?

if you do have to pay another 15$ even though the account email is the same as the other... then can anyone tell me why the cancel subscription button isnt showing anywhere? and no the account isnt a trial. i upgraded it to full version a week ago.

Unless it's actively billing at the moment, selecting that particular account should bring this up.

And yes, EVERY account has an independent monthly subscription fee, being associated with the same Battle.net doesn't come into the picture anywhere.

If you need further assistance canceling an account, our Billing department could assist with that.
