Talking to a GM in game?

Hello=) I just had a question or two. I currently have a ticket in on this toon that I submitted last night. I waited around about 9 hours (yeah I have no life=X), and was on for about 4 hours today. Of course the moment I log off, I log back in and see that the ticket was escalated with a message from CS in my inbox.

While the message says that they are currently looking into it, is there a way to actually talk with an in game GM about this issue? The box to list whats going on when you submit your ticket is pretty small and didnt allow me to fully explain the situation. Will I still be able to explain in detail, say if I log off and miss a GM again before they make a decision? This is a problem that needs further explination than what the char limit is for the ticket.
