When he tries to log into wow, he gets the incorrect information error, as if his password he is entering is wrong. We thought he got hacked initially, however it turns out he never got any emails notifying him of password changes / any information changes.
He cannot reset his password because the battle.net website says his name and the account name (email) do not match, almost as if someone changed the email address on his account, however he still never received any emails from blizzard saying any kind of information was changed.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What could be the cause? What should he try?
