Legal Name Change Query

I submitted a Battle.Net ToU form a couple of weeks ago and have yet to receive any communication indicating that the request has been received and will be processed.

* I emailed the completed Battle.Net ToU form to [email protected] on August 18th.
* I made sure that the 'from' address of the email matches the email address of the Battle.Net account.
* I attached both pre and post name change scans of ID issued by my government.
* I completed the form, signed it, dated it. Scanned it. Attached it to the email.
* The name change request is in relation to this account.
* I have checked my mail server logs (I run the mail server) and there has been only one communication from a Blizzard mail exchanger for an unrelated matter since I submitted the ToU form.

Is it possible to get confirmation that the request has been received?

I asked this be looked into, Seatil.

We aren't showing anything coming in from the email registered to the account you are posting under at the moment.

I'd recommend trying to send this again. If you are attaching documents, try to compress them as much as possible, there may be a size limit on attachments.

They tell me those requests are under 24 hours at the moment, you certainly should have heard something on this by now had we received it. Be sure to also note clearly the account this is attached to. We do sometimes get (usually faxes) that just don't match up to accounts with available information.
