Name change stuck?

Okay, I tried to do a name change on this guy and the CC didn't go through - the email said I had to put in a new CC number or cancel the name change by logging into the toon. My problem is neither one of those options is working. The system won't let me put in another CC and it won't let me log into him.


Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, this appears to have worked and changed.

Is this still an issue for you?

I see nothing here at the moment that looks out of the ordinary. If this is still an issue, contacting our Billing department would likely be the next best step.
